only to those liverpool fans who are now blazing all sorts of comments over how your win tonight…
“Manchester are apparently the ‘heart of football’ in England, Out of Carling Cup, Out of Champions League, now Out Of FA cup, Sounds right.”

think about that for 1 second. the best thing that could happen to you is knowing who your true friend(s) are rather than having tons of friends. For all of us who begin another school term, remember God is our pillar of strength and he’ll definitely be there for you. This coming week will be good!

Happy New Year everyone! It is finally 2012, and we finally say goodbye to 2011. For whatever it’s worth, 2011 was an amazing year and I know 2012 will bring me new glorious memories just like it will you. God bless you all!

It’s the 31st everybody. The last day of the year turns out to be a major scramble for many and for some it’s the beginning of something beautiful and the end of something miserable. Well, let there be love in everything you do, think and say because God made it so. I’m glad my 2011 went pretty well, God has been good to me. I’m sure he was to you too. To me the last day of the year is an incredible memory and gift because many people did not make it through - thank God you did. God bless you all in the new year!

after such a deliriously prolonged spell, i decided to drag my lazy bum out for a run. i realized only after midway through my 1st kilometre how unfit i was and what a faultless decision to revisit and conquer my usual running route through a nearby park along a huge canal. the crisp and fresh air, despite it was only 3 hours from dinner time filled my nostrils almost instantly and the rejuvenated my body filled with junk food - a consequence of the gargantuan feasting i embarked during this festive period which included my amazing 18th! the array of gobsmacking foods i shoveled down my poor stomach that is now paying for my thoughtless gluttonous ways instantly cringed with fear as i was determined to rid my body of the unhealthy mess it left behind.
“a moment on the lips, a lifetime on the hips.” a rather wise quote in my opinion which has been etched in my head and i think or rather i promise my body, at least for the next few weeks (before Chinese New Year which unfortunately is the feasting season again) i’d take care of you with a tried and tested diet i exercised through my high schools days and shall pair it will frequent runs and a embark on the simple yet effective exercise regime i posted a few months ago… (i gagged a little when i wrote that)
it’s time to get fit again!

God heals the broken-hearted. He hears your cry, He sees your tears, He feels your broken heart and He will make you whole again.

tonight was a great night. today was a rather good day. the weekend was eventful and restful. everything is all good, God is all good all the time. United tied at the top with City who drew and that caps off a great Christmas weekend. I’m really thankful for everything God has done and has come through for me.
Happy Birthday Jesus - I Love you. Thank you for just being that phenomenal friend, brother, King, Lord you deserve more than simple words. You are the everlasting God.
to you, have a safe and comfortable trip, bless others like how you blessed me.
who am I to grouse about imperfections that life throws at me when I’m imperfect myself? all I can do is give thanks and praise HIS glorious name!
Merry Christmas everybody!
